Cooking suggestions
Thai Red Curry with Pork and Aubergines For 4: Fry cubed pork fillet and diced aubergine in hot oil for a few minutes to seal. Add sauce and simmer for 15 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with Thai fragrant rice and garnish with chopped coriander and lime wedges.
Thai Red Vegetable Curry: Cook okra, green beans and chestnut mushrooms. Add to hot sauce for 5 minutes and serve.
