Our Summer Fruits Conserve recently won a 2 GOLD STAR Great Taste award, whilst our Redcurrant Balsamic & Mint Jelly previously won an Organic Food award for it’s outstanding taste.

Beautiful deep colour, lovely balance of sharp and sweet with fruits perfectly cooked,no chewy skins. Perfect for a soft set. Lovely, juicy, fruity burst of flavours. Delicious! Table 6 An outstanding example of a superb fruit jam, using a variety of currants and berries with the flavours coming through individually. The set is soft and it is not too sugary which is in our view a plus, setting it well ahead of conventional jams. The tartness is very appealing and distinctive. Beautiful vibrant colour. we are pleased to see the use of currants, rarely seen in jams. Exceptional.
